Partner WOD for time:
400 m run
100 wallballs (20/14)
50 pull ups
400 m run

*partners do the run together and can’t start the wallballs until both are done the run. Wallballs and pull ups are completed with one person working at a time and splitting the reps equally. Then 400M run together.
