3 Rounds For Time:
- 5 Front Rack Single Unbroken KB Thrusters (each hand) (53#/35#)
- 10 Unbroken Wall Balls at above 10′ Target (20#/14#)
- 15 Unbroken Pull-Ups
When 3 Rounds are complete do 25 burpees for time.
Time starts after first time is finished in first half of WOD.
