100 Burpees…with a twist

2 min L-sit. Clock stops when feet touch the ground

WORKOUT:

100 burpees for time with 2 clean & jerks (135#/95#) on the minute every minute until you reach 100 burpees.

ex: minute 1 – 2 c&j and you complete 10 burpees, minute 2- 2 c&j and you complete 11 burpees. You now have 79 more burpees to go until you’re finished.
