- 15 pullups
DT:
- 12 deadlift
- 9 hang power cleans
- 6 push jerks

Pause i 4-5 minutter. Derefter:
Workout E3MOM
Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes (4 sets) for times:
- 30 Sit-ups
- 50 Double-Unders (150 SU)
